Questions about pricing and licensing
Is my configuration file uploaded anywhere?
No. RiskLens Pro runs entirely on your computer, in the trial and when licensed. The licence is a file you install; checking it needs no internet connection.
What counts as a firewall?
Each distinct firewall you generate reports for during the licence year. Assessing and reporting on the same firewall again, for example after changes, does not use another one.
What happens when the licence expires?
RiskLens Pro returns to trial mode. Your saved assessments and reports stay yours; renewing restores report generation straight away.
Can we use one licence on several computers?
A licence is issued to your organisation, for use by its own staff under the licence terms. Contact us if you need to use RiskLens Pro for several client organisations.
Will it change my firewall?
No. RiskLens Pro only reads an exported configuration file. It never connects to your firewall or changes it.
Does a good score mean we're compliant?
No single tool can certify compliance. RiskLens Pro shows how your firewall configuration supports specific framework controls, which is useful evidence for your auditor, but it is not a replacement for one.
